Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Customers can request cancellations for appointments, services, or product orders within a specified time frame.
1.2 Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
1.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
1.4 For product orders, cancellations will only be accepted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
1.5 Qureo reserves the right to cancel any order or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds will be processed within 8 to 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
2.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In case of any technical delays, the customer will be notified.
2.3 No refunds will be provided for services already availed or partially completed treatments.
2.4 If a refund is applicable, a confirmation email with refund details will be sent to the customer.
2.5 In case of payment failure, duplicate transactions, or incorrect charges, customers can raise a refund request by contacting our support team.
