Shipping and Exchange Policy
1. Applicability
This policy applies only if Qureo offers physical products such as:
- Medical devices (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters)
- Health packages (e.g., diagnostic test kits)
- Physical reports delivery
For digital healthcare services (e.g., consultations, appointments, prescriptions), this policy does not apply.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Delivery Time & Charges
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days based on location.
- Shipping charges: Displayed at checkout (varies based on location & order value).
- Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
2.2 Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver within India.
- Some locations may have restricted delivery based on serviceability.
2.3 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after successful payment.
- Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues, weather conditions).
3. Exchange Policy
3.1 When Can You Request an Exchange?
Exchange requests will be accepted in the following situations:
✅ Damaged or defective product received
✅ Incorrect product delivered
✅ Missing items in the package
3.2 Exchange Conditions
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order.
- A replacement will be provided for the same product (subject to availability).
3.3 Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Opened or used medical products (hygiene & safety reasons).
❌ Digital services (appointments, consultations, prescriptions).
4. Exchange & Return Process
- Raise a request via support@qureo.com or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details, issue description, and images (if applicable).
- Our team will review and confirm exchange eligibility.
- Approved exchanges will be picked up & a replacement will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
5. Terms & Conditions
- Qureo reserves the right to deny exchanges for non-eligible requests.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Shipping delays due to third-party logistics are beyond Qureo’s control.
